ePassporte Downtime
Unfortunately our back end processor is experiencing downtime it is being worked on, I am sorry but I don't have an estimate on when everything is back to normal.
Our apologies to anyone that is affected by the downtime. I have just tested the virtual card and its working, I have not tested the Electron card but it should be working as well. We understand the inconvenience this is causing for our account holders and we apologize for the length of the downtime, we are doing everything we can to get the system back to normal status. |

so i use my epass to pay my hosting, if my hosting gets shut down because the payment can't be made, will i be compensated for my down time, reconnection fee, and other stuff or what?

yesterday i went to the ATM and tried widthdrawing around $880. The ATM told me that the bank did not respond and when i went to the office i saw that epass was in maintainance. Today when i checked my epass balance i see the money i tried to extract at the ATM were taken from my account ... but i did not receive any money from the ATM.

the ATM did not give me any receipt unfortunately.
I went to the bank where the ATM is and they told me that for international accounts they can not do anything and that i should contact the bank from where i have the card. They also told me that the money should appear in my statments in the emitent bank after 48 hrs max. I hope this is the case and that this will happen because else this is really really bad. Michael contact me .... i did not receive any answer from you yet. |

i talked to Micahel and he gave me a form to complete and send back.
The issue will be solved in 45 days, as he says, which i think is a lot , as it was epass fault for the widthdrawl. I will update more this thread the next days with news ... i hope i will get some from Michael.... and that the issue will be solved |
