If you have a maid service clean your house....
are you supposed to tip? I have someone coming to clean, since I suck at it and my wife comes home tonight. Are you supposed to tip? I'd think so, but I'm not sure if it is accepted and I wouldn't want to get in that akward "no, I'm not allowed" moment.

Just lick 'er up instead! :thumbsup
(Or if she's too fugly, simply 'drop' a bill with 'tip' written on it) Gotta be a little crazy y'know? :pimp :1orglaugh |
I think they charge enough..unless she's hot and want's to make a few extra dollars :)

I used to use MerryMaids, I never tipped though, I didn't think you were supposed to.
I think most maid services are kind of a rip off. They would charge like $75 for like 45 min of cleaning and then the maids would be probably getting paid close to minimum wage which is kinda sad. I think it's better to hire an individual person instead of a service and pay them like $12 an hr or something. That way the maid gets to keep more pay and the customer pays less. I do understand that services are bonded and insured though, that's part of why they cost more. It's hard to find someone you can trust though. I need to find an individual. I am messy as fuck and don't know how to clean ANYTHING right. |
i have a girl come once a week. She charges 40 bux, i give her 50. I think you are supposed to tip them if they do a nice job...
