Best Las Vegas Hotel to Party?
 

I am heading to Las Vegas a couple days after Internext with a bunch of my college buddies. We just want to go to party hard. We are looking for a hotel (cheaper the better) that is probably best for college students. Near good clubs, hookers, etc.. Anyone that has been please give me some feedback. This will be our first trip.

agreed the hard rock is my favorite.
the rooms arent anything like "vegas" in fact they are motel 6 like.
But the party atmosphere, and the pool area are kick ass, and if its a bunch of guys its perfect.

Becareful what weekend ya go, some weekedn nights its as much as 350.00 a night.

but, if its your first trip to vegas maybe ya wanna stay central and on the strip where you have access to everything.

Hardrock is perfect for people like me who are burned out of the vegas strip, and jsut want to get away (at least a cab ride away) from the typical vegas shit.

If its your first time perhaps do something central like treasure islland, its cheap and nice place.

Btw, hookers are everhwere.

Boneprone and I had a blast in the Hard Rock... That is the place to be. Party like a rock star gamble even harder!

yep eric and i did have a great time there.
Fucked up on red bull and vodka, met some girls there took them out for a late night dinner, then went to cheetahs where i put some dirty titties in my mouth, and the next day got a wart on my tongue

Yeah we were thinking Hard Rock, but we wanted to be on strip (it is our first time) And we will be there on the weekend, so the rooms are a shit load. Keep giving me some feedback, thanks to everyone that has posted.

And yes, we will be partying at Hard Rock a couple days!

Check out the Tropicana....The Trop where Las Vegas begins....

A lot of college guys hang out at the Sahara. They got Blackjack for a buck, cheap rooms and the "beach" is very close.

Rio is badass....but it is off the strip....check out NYNY for being on the strip if you want to see ass.

Harrahs is a good spot...cheap rooms..great location..and after 11pm..the place hops..there is a blackjack area in the front of the casino called the partypit that is usually a good time..

Hey Try the GOLD COAST, its inexpensive, its newly renoed, Shutttle to downtown(BarbaryCoast) every 15 min, I stayed there quite a few times over the yrs , you cant beat it for value its next to the RIO, and accross from the Palms resort

can't beat the poolside at Hard Rock in the summer. Best chicks , hands down.:thumbsup

Rain, Skin Club and Ghost Bar..

Shit its on E now everynight..

Or just sleep in the VIP at Cheetahs.. thats what I do..

I was in Vegas 2 weeks ago and checked out that Ghost Bar. Fuck, that was a cool place!:thumbsup

Try the hotel web sites directly, rather than go through Expedia, Orbitz... Sometimes, they may have quick blow out sales not listed through others.

One site is http://www.ballys.com/nevada.html where you can look at their properties (Bally's, Paris, Ceasar's...).

One place I stayed at that was really cheap was Imperial Palace, which was nothing special but very central (across from Ceasar's) and cheap. I once got a room at Bally's (central also) for $9/night through their site.

There are a bunch of people on this board who will confirm that I know nothing about Vegas ;)

...but....

I thought I would throw in my two cents.....

Chris is right about the Palm having the coolest clubs.....the hottest club in Vegas right now, hands down, is RAIN inside the Palm.....but as for the best place to STAY and PARTY is absolutely the Hard Rock. If you want to pick up girls that are NOT pros and you can't at the Hard Rock pool....then you better make your way to the Chicken Ranch. :)

Vegas is the shit. You go there clean and you're bound to return with gonnerhea and genital herpes.

I like this little Motel called El Diablo on top of the Texaco gas station. The pleasant smell of the gasoline fumes will bring water to your eyes, literally. Its also a good place to pick up a bit of "company" but I suggest you check underneath their skirts before bringing them back to you luxurious cum stained room...I've learned from my past mistakes! Cause knowing is half the battle...

P.S. If you are looking for CHEAPEST PLACE.. try stratosphere they have some of the cheapest deals from what I heard.. I know Brad Shaw and KK stay there..

Your numbers have to be a tad off..

Tropicana is by far the cheapest. I paid $29/night during InterNext last time in Vegas, including weekend days and that was for 2 beds. So if your going with a bunch of guys, this hotel is cheaper than most meals, go for it. It's on the strip but towards the end.

I had heard that Ryan was doing a Sat after hours, as well, but as I said before Friday is still the night for Jaguars.....Venus is a shit load of fun on Saturday Night because it is all of the old Drais guys.....Bryan Hart, DJ Hollywood, Aaron and Big Joe and the whole crew.......

Now....dont get me wrong, Jaguars is by far the NICEST strip club that I have ever been in....it is owned by a friend of mine here in Atlanta (he also owns the Cheetah in Vegas and the one they USE to call The Masters but I heard this week they changed the name to Leopard Lounge)......but Venus is still more fun on Saturday Night (IMHO).

On another note, Chris....if you are getting into Miami on Wednesday of this week let me know and I will take you the new Masters in Miami and introduce you to Jack Galardi...with as much money as you have spent at Cheetah he probably already knows your Credit Card Number by heart :) LOL!!!

Wasn't it silvercash that rented out the penthouse in the Rio - fuck - that shit was off the hook! =) Carpet must have been 3 inches thick. Nice - plush =) yeh baby! =) 25' private pool surround by grass. Okay - so it isn't exactly with in the reach of college kids - but it was Phat and this thread reminded me of it.

Sahara is kind of a dive - cheap rooms but nothing happens there - crowded tables. Try your luck in Ol' Vegas. Fitzgeralds! (it's a holiday inn) I'd just cab it out there one night - it's nothing special - but for whatever reason I clean up on their roulette tables. I think their black jack tables are only a buck too.

Old vegas is good - cuz they put up with beginning gamblers - they'll make recommendations on how to play and what to do - and won't get pissed off if you forget the rules.

Strip hotels venetian, caesars, mgm, etc - depending on the time of day - vary on that.
