Since I have said goodbye to my sister.

Feb 22, 1996 My kid sister died from an accidental overdose. She was 23 at the time.

Every year since I have used that date to send out a simple message.

It can happen to you too. If you have a problem, only you know it, GET HELP.

I can promise you, it effects more than just your life.

I am sorry for you. This kind of tragedy wouldn't be easy to percieve even in 11 years. :(

Not looking for sympathy, but I appreciate the good thoughts - I made peace with it many years ago.

If one person with a problem reads it, and gets help, then it all has meaning.

Sorry for your lost Jeff and I think it is great that you keep on passing along this message. Lots of people suffer and use drugs and alcohol to ease their sufference but many times it ends up like this and you have all your friends and family in greif that will miss you forever.
