NATS Guru wanted.
 

Hello,

I'm looking for a NATS guru / programmer used to work with NATS - (tip: you good experience with NATS) for setup & custom things.

ie:

- Settings the Cascading with GeoIP for all payment options. (CC, Check, Debit, SMS, Phone, Dialer, etc.) with all Currencies available.

- GeoIP Join page "Price Option" targeting. Such as a Trial option available to North American/USA traffic only from 3 PM EST to 11 PM EST... some countries $24.95 instead of $29.95 for 1 month membership, stuff like that.

- External User Management Script for .htpasswd from SQL database.

- Other stuff I'm not thinking about or that you can suggest based on your experience.
