Just saying whats up to all my folks who have missed me around this joint...

welcome back :)

I'm doing more of a drive by to let everyone know that I'm in fact still alive and that I did not overdose or some bullshit that I heard...

I have been through the following though in the last few months, so it has been hard..

1. Lawsuit hell
2. Divorce
3. Ex-Wife is 1 month pregnant with my kid
4. Moved back to california
5. Was rear ended by a drunk driver and sent to the ER. she is being charged with DUII (.20% blood alcohol level) 2 counts of reckless endangerment, and reckless driving.. the DA has asked that I return to Oregon so they can charge her with 2 counts of vehicular assault (5 years prison) and negotiate her court ordered restitution to me.

Lifes been tough.. Those of you who have called me, I appreciate it.

Sometime after May I want to get my kids names on my arm in Japanese Characters. It will be my 1 and only tattoo. Waiting for son to be born in May first. After that we are done. 3 kids is the limit. :winkwink: Might talk about having you do it at one of the shows this year. Maybe Miami if you are coming.

We can do that.. I just need to make sure that the pieces I'm doing are gonna pay for the trip ;)

I might do FL, since I got some friends who have a condo there...

We'll talk, thats a ways off yet. Im too busy to think about it now packing for costa and trying to break away from this posting spurt im in for the last 30 minutes or so. :Oh crap

Sorry to hear about your troubles, I know you will make it through this. Media daaahling! Welcome back! Sorry to hear about your woes, hope the dumb bitch gets prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. The one who t-boned me and wrecked my benz was over the limit and uninsured, left the scene, etc etc... her court ordered restitution is still yet to be seen.
