How Come Platinumbucks Email Doesn't Work?

I've been trying to get a hold of them to change my account info to get some money they owe me but all my emails bounce back

Why do you use mail?I mean they have somuch employes which use icq and you bother to use mail.

Because ICQ is always full of spammers when I have it on and more importantly I don't have time to wait for someone to be on. When I checked the site it said that live support was offline. If email doesn't work on a sponsors page I'm likely to look at that as a signal that they are not on the spot with customer service and I'll probably drop them.
