Microsoft to reveal Windows code
Giant complying with antitrust settlement signed last year WASHINGTON, Aug. 5 ? Microsoft Corp. will reveal hundreds of pieces of proprietary computer code from its monopoly Windows operating system in the next several weeks to comply with an antitrust settlement it signed with the U.S. Justice Department last year, the company said Monday. http://www.msnbc.com/news/790119.asp?0bl=-0 |
#include <stdio.h>
main() { PrintF('Hello world!'); } |
Like anyone wants to know how that peice of shit got coded.
|
Hmm...might be nice if some programmers from around the world got their hands on this code and fixed the shit up so it would stop crashing all the time.
|
#include
main() { OnClick "CrashWIN32" } OnReboot "Play winstart" 'this is a Windows secret If JerkingOff = True Then CapsLock=true |
Imagine the number of hacks and window bugs which will be shown to the public.

I'm sure that for the past year they have been working on a "clean" code so that they will have some bogus :angel code to show to the world while the real thing is nice and safe inside little billys little safe.

If you read the article you would have noticed that they are not revealing all of the windows source code.
What happened was actually a huge victory for Microsoft. They had been ordered to reveal *all* of the source code because it had been established that their source code was the source of much of their anti-competitive practices. Now they have agreed to reveal *tidbits* of source code that will assist developers with creating code that interacts more effectively with the OS. I guarantee you're not seeing the source of the OS itself. Not only did they not have to reveal their full source code.. but now they've give developers MORE REASONS TO DEVELOP FOR THE WINDOWS PLATFORM! Yeah.. Bill Gates got rich by being stupid. |

Stop bitchin'.. if BillyBoy wasnt around you wouldnt
be here making money and posting on GFY the way you do now.. You would be working as a salesmanager in a shoe store. Except for XP (dont know what went wrong there) Windows does a great job if you treat her nice. Wanna fuck around with Linux on your desktop? No fucking way.. aint gonna work.. yeah sure.. if you're a geek that wants to impress friends and family with the famous one-liner "way more reliable..!" "better than M$" Picture this: "Linux has a better office application. and free too! Just install GNU and compile it with Slack-23.21.23-2b you can download from dev.34.super.gov but make sure you have xbit dev hack turned on and edit your /usr/local/config.fd.es file automatic using a shell script you can easily program otherwise you run into problems programmed by little fucking geekheads that have no idea what efficiency and userinterfaces are about since they're only into hacking" Yeah right.. Bill.. i love you man.. |
