I have been sending traffic from my galleries to your sites steadily for the last few years, and last week I went to sign into my account and my password didn't work.

So I sent an email to your CS person, and he told me that my account was closed for lack of activity. I replied to his email, and no response. So you gave me no choice than to bring this to the board...

Anyway, WTF? My server stats show traffic to my galleries and freesites, and of course, there have been clicks coming out of them, so how come your script can't see that? What really happened? Nothing changed on my end.

I cant believe there are sponsors that will actually close a webmaster's account due to inactivity. That's one of the dumbest things a sponsor can do.

no, it is not dumb at all.... it is actually quite smart, that way they get to keep all your traffic and don't have to pay you squat.

I just got an email from then, where they now claim that my account was closed because of the high ratio of chargebacks... that's funny, since all my traffic is American (poised to be the one with the lowest % of chargebacks), and the signups all come from regular tgp galleries, or even from inside my sites' members areas.

That just sucks..

If that would happen with any of my accounts, I'd refrain from promoting them ever again instead of more when able to..

Would be better if they looked into it together with You, than just shutting it down automatically :Oh crap
I mean, as if *any* affiliate would decide to scam them all of a sudden, after some good history as well..?
Would make me feel like just a number, kind of intimidating :disgust

That said, I know GigaCash would resolve this with You as soon as they get to it :thumbsup

Agreed. Two closed me down years ago when I first was starting but now that I have traffic they get none of it :)

Seems like a company to avoid... Don't care if they think it was "justified" or not, wrong way of going about it.
