Secrets to improving your memory

are there ways in which you can improve memory? such as puzzle games, eating certain foods, lifestyle choices, etc....

or can you just slow down memory loss? i've noticed my memory has been degrading, probably because of all the beer which i'm trying to cut down on

brain is a muscle
train it like any other muscle and you will be fine
do something that is challenging for your brain

given your "location", it seems kinda obvious... but then again, its always fun to watch the many resident GFY doctors, military strategists, political analysts and multi-trillionaires weigh in... so lets see what they come up with!

Hey, Shaze where have you been!

Anyways yes, there is a couple tools I learned when studying scycoligy forever ago and anew one I just learned.

The old one was to simply write down a string of numbers starting with any number.

so first put 4 then say 4 then put 48 and say 408 not forty eight. And keep going some people have done this so much they can do strings of 30 or more. I'm at about 8 :1orglaugh

and the new one is based on anew new study last year!

They found out that reading our loud stimulates more brain activity then any other form of thinking. It uses almost all the conscious parts!

ANyways I love brain stuff so I can go on, but hopefully this is enough to help. Also keep in mind without bringing in new and differant things to your brain regularly you will be more likely to have dementia and someday alzheimer's!

:)

My brain hurts thinking about it :(

I heard something about porn leading to memory loss... something like increased dopamine levels...
eitherway, they say excercise and eating well do wonders!

Eat fish and fruit. I take a pill that starts with an A cant think of the name of it, but it definitely helps me to be a bit quicker on my thinking.
