#2 gray on gray is not very friendly colors
#3 not bad good luck.
#4 i wouldnt suggest advising people to stick content they have no idea is legal or not on their website.

Yes, there were a thread. Thread was about monetizing trafficholders traffic.
There was 1 part for people who has pop-up to turn it off for a while. It prevents them from having declined site and approved by admin after ICQ conversation. The thread is about buyers not sellers.

Lets say over 100$. I'm not using layer-ads anymore due to 1.5 Euro/1000 uniques and due to timer about 50% of traffic is not monetized. So I don't buy traffic here. I have sites with free content and this kind of traffic ain't good for my existing sites.

you can edit them only when they are on your own host. You can customize theme right in WP presentation menu.
