Server is down and no one is picking up on the tech support line. Anyone else having issues?

They have some of the least reliable virtual hosting in the industry imho. However i've heard their dedicated machines are fairly stable.

everything works here, 2 years no problems that I didn't start :)

I would agree about the virtual, has been pretty lackluster. the dedicated appears to be a good choice, will let you know when I have more of a track record.

im on dedi and no problems

havnt had a problem in 4 years now, and always get immediate responses from there support

Their dedicated isn't much better.
