Ok.. I'm dating this girl, friday was our 8 month anniversary. She's bi-polar, and use to cut her self. Well tonight she did it again, I'm on the phone with her right now and she won't stop crying and crying and I'm trying to ask her what is wrong and trying my best to comfort her, but she keeps saying its her decsion if she lives or dies and cut, i highly doubt she would do something so bad that she kills herself, but I need to get her help and I don't know what to do.

I refuse to call the police or anybody like that, but I need to get her to stop doing this, get her at least calm down tonight so she can wake up tomorrow morning calm and I can talk to her normally.

Any input would be great. Thanks guys.

is she taking any drugs?

speed, x, coke, acid or something?

What are you bombed? why get involved in a relationship like this in the first place?

if you go where she’s @ I think you may be able to get better control of the situation.... is she near? Does she have any family? You may want to call them as they may know how to help her better

Shes on a trip cause she went to a baby shower up in Michigan.

Her famliy hates me, no joke. We got together when we she was 17 and i was 18 (June) and now shes 18 and moved in with me. If I would call her famliy, I would here nothing but insults. I tried telling her one friend tho, she's been talking to me.

No, she doesn't do drugs, shes on them for her bi-polar, but refuses to take it.

I got into the relationship because I liked her, and I grew to be around her and got attached. I can't just walk away from her.

She was put in a mental home.. not really one.. but.. like one for a week to just get quick help I dont know what you call them, and it didn't work. She goes to counseling but it isn't doing nothing. She will be fine, then just go stright down hill all of a sudden.

Good luck..she really needs professional help,something you aren't going to get here..she needs to be locked up and probed by specialists

I don't think there is really anything I can suggest that hasn't already been mentioned...but good luck. I agree that it is probably best to go to her rather than talk on the phone...but yes it the long term she does need help :Oh crap

I'm going to do my best to talk to her into going somwhere for help.. It didn't help last time.. so I don't know if it will next time.. I'm on the phone with her now and I think shes falling asleep slowly.. so hopefully she'll be fine when she wakes up.

if she's up there with the friend you've been talking to ask the friend to stay with her until tomorrow if she can, and when your girl gets home insist on that medication that was prescribed to her ....its kinda important....good lucK!
