Pop Up generator?
 

Anyone know of a good pop up window generator? .js or something that can control IP's and have timed pop ups?

A lot of great tools over at http://www.dynamicdrive.com and http://builder.cnet.com/webbuilding/...g/Kahn/012898/ one of my oldest bookmarks..I use their mouseover machine almost daily

Not sure about IP control or timed pop-ups, but this is a cool app that will generate pop-ups for you. Free, too.
