the software to allow uploaded videos be converted on the fly to flash inside your custom player is quite expensive..

A simple youtube style script is a dime a dozen it seems , but the encoding sotware will run about 10k i think.. ( i'm sure you could get it cheape r , just quoting what i have seen it listed for )

There are clones everywhere for dirt cheap. If you wanted it custom programmed it would be a $xx,xxx project, easily.

If you are not letting your viewers upload then just encode it to .flv video and use one of the free players out there. Wont cost you a dime.
