i think your confusing a term with an organization..

"dmca" not "dcma" is Digital copyright millenium act.

So when google gets "dmca'd" its basically like a "cease and decist" or a restraining order.

You could file a dmca notification to google just as anyone can ( falsely reporting can lead to a lagal problem so dont get any ideas )

Google only lists what is in unprotected public access locations. Most people see what they do as free traffic.

It sucks that the government doesn't do more to go after real content pirates. Hell, they won't even go after iBill, and look at the shit that they got away with...
