what prices? beer? anything from 2-3 euro for a small beer is normal

amsterdam means getting ripped off so everythings twice as expensive as the rest of holland :)

you gotta know places but basically anything around the Dam square and the squares around it is expensive, not as bad as London or so though

I've got a tip for you, if you want to share your holiday adventures with your friends when you come back, stay inside your hotel, don't talk to anyone, do not shop for coffee in some kind of bar/shop, don't believe people when they offer you pills and tell you it's vitamins, DON'T visit the same bar Dereks visited because I was there with him hahaha

youre goin there April 30th? make sure youre IN the center before the 30th cause its a mess, its the only day ppl are allowed to sell their stuff on the streets as well without a permit so everyone does that.
