Email I've received from them would lead me to believe that they are eastern European. Early morning there right now.

It depends on what you want to do with it.

It takes some experimenting, but there's money to be had in their traffic. And that's why I buy it. Now, if you can figure out where I *send* it, don't tell anyone. :winkwink:
