[to Ricky, in the hospital] There's somethin' I want to get off my chest. It's about that summer, when you went away to community college. I got an offer to do Playgirl Magazine, and I did it. I did a full spread for Playgirl Magazine. I mean spread, man, I pulled my butt apart and stuff. I was totally nude. It was weird, I... I mean, you probably didn't hear about it 'cause I went under the name of Mike Honcho. But I just wanted you to know that. If you can hear me, if it got into your brain somehow, that I spread my buttcheeks as Mike Honcho. DH |
Telus advised people of this type of flaw..many people don't realize the vulnerabilities

I have known about this for awhile. It's both parts, some of the ear pieces and some phones, with bluetooth are open to many different types of attacks, this is just one. You can listen in on some phone calls using bluetooth, you can turn some phones on/off that have bluetooth.
I'm sure some old school phone phreakers could start turning up again. I'm not sure if the person can do any damage to the phone, but it does seem possible that phones could have more advanced exploits waiting to happen. |
"As the inventor of "bluesnarfing," a hack that uses Bluetooth to peek at data stored on cell phones, Laurie is dedicated to publicizing the danger of a wide-open Bluetooth connection. A bluesnarf attack can identify an unprotected phone and copy its entire address book, calendar, photos, and any other information that happens to be inside. Using a bluesnarf program, a phreak can also crash any phone within range by using Bluetooth to broadcast what Laurie calls "a corrupted message."" Source

that won't work in 99% of american phones... any bluetooth connection requires you to pair with the device via a prompt on the screen and then entering the passcode. Americans aren't that dumb, maybe they should hire motorola or HTC to fix there phone problems

on mine there is a connection to search for bluetooth devices, but it only lasts for about 30 seconds before it cuts the signal. i dont how people are keeping their signal on 24/7 tho, but i think i would notice when my cell battery dies in 4 hours |

Pshhh I've never spreaded my butt cheeks for anyone, except for Juicy D., and thats because he massaged my nuts in warm coconut oils.

that video is so fucking old

about 2 years ago I had a car which for some reason would allow me to answer other peoples phone calls which I suspect were coming from nearby cars via the bluetooth interface. It was annoying. New car requires pairing as someone else said.
