Depends on the back up solution, control panel (managed or not), quality of bandwidth, stability of the business, ect..

hmmm, so far the host have been pretty good. bw is good too and very stable. although we did have our server die once though

yes it is a pretty good price . . . and I would not expect a backup solution with that package. That would be a little extra.
