I think its spelled Turducken. John Madden talks about it around Thanksgiving every year.

It looks kinda fowl (ha ha) but it's actually very good.

Seriously though, it's a chicken breast stuffed with italian pork sausage. Done on a BBQ is the best unless you get really drunk. Then it's Hicken Chips hehe ... almost as good but hard on the teeth.
