...contact me ASAP. I have been trying to reach your customer service by phone since Feb 1st only to get a busy signal - evey time! I have e-mailed support but you seem to ignore my e-mails.

I?m not one to bring these issues out in public but this is ridiculous! You?re forcing my hand.

two days ago i was robbed from my account and try for more of three hours to get the operator in the telephone.... after three hours i was in epassporte waiting for 30 minutes!

Because their business line puts me to their sales and marketing and even then I am forced to leave a voice mail for them. And as far as direct contact... if I had one I would use it.

My account was hacked too and seems to be a general situation so no wonder if their support couldn't handle so many complaints.

Support doesn't get much worse than theirs...I've had numerous problems.

Their customer support people need to realize what their jobs are..."cumtomer support"...instead of trying to be as ignorant as possible to customers.

I had one woman hangup on me because she couldn't help me with the problem I had...I kept asking to speak with someone else...she wouldn't transfer me and instead she said goodbye and hungup.

Any customer support emails I've ever sent take at least 10 days to hear a reply...it's pathetic.

Support doesn't matter guys. What is really important is how many beers they buy at a particular show. That is the true staple of a stand-up company.
