Almost every program has the option to a full join as well as a trial join. So long as they have the option of a trial join and that pays the same rate, I'll take it.

thing is when programs only have monthly option
i have seen that quite a lot of times
35 pps on 39.99 signup
with no revshare offer
thats kinda sucky
but well
nobody is forced to promote anything he doesnt like
