Trafficholder - WHAT THE FUCK?
 
24 hours ago, I transferred more than $100 via EPassporte to Trafficholder.

This was my 4th or 5th time I bought traffic from them, so I know the routine pretty well. However, after almost an hour went by, I noticed that my account balance was not reflecting the new money, so I sent in a support ticket.

Several HOURS later, I got a response. It asked "What payment system did you use"? I responded immediately - a 6:05pm EST. 14 1/2 hours ago.

At 6:43am EST, I submitted a NEW ticket asking them WTF is going on. I just logged in to check the status and the ticket is marked as "Deleted". I assume, rather optimistically that my balance is now up to date. So I log into the trafficholder site and it still doesn't show my corect balance.

So, rather than actually solve my problem, they decide to delete the ticket without answering me? WHAT THE FUCK?!?

Trafficholder folks - you need to respond to people in a timely manner to let them know what is going on. If things are messed up, if the system is out of whack, or whatever the problem is, just let people know! Deleting tickets without giving a response is unacceptable.

You can either give me my money back, or fix my balance.

What I have a problem with is it taking so fucking long to get a response and see some action on finding out WTF is going on.

i think that i have got email from them that some tickets are lost.... and i believe that th crew will solve that as fast as they can because they are great traffic service..

I know they where having some problems with tickets a few days ago. They sent out an email saying they where fixing the problem.

If you havent allready copy the email in your epassporte box showing the transfer amount and send it to traffic holder.

It's hard to be patient when money is involved I have been using Traffic Holder for some time and never had a problem. They are a good company, Mostlikely they are having problems with other transfers as well and are swamped with trouble tickets. Hang in there.......
