i got fucked by ebay and the local police depatrment. i didnt do anything wrong, but somehow stories got crossed and all my stuff got confiscated for "fraud." ironcially 3 years later i get it back because it is not considered fraud if you dont ship an item to someoen if they dont pay you :mad: :mad: :mad:

Sounds like you left out some details.

Someone who didn't want to pay would not report you for not shipping.
They have to pay before you ship...that's the rules.

You would report them as a non-paying buyer, right?


So,

Translation:

You posted a listing and someone won with a bid.
They then researched their purchase and said "WTF...I'm not paying for this".

Can you explain why that happened?

there was a hilarious judge judy the other day. this lady bought two cell phones for $400 on ebay and the dumb bitch sent her two pieces of paper with a picture of the cell phone on them. she said that was the deal. just the pictures. it was poor white (fat) trash at its finest. judge judy gave awarded the buyer $5000.00
