Ever work on porn from a Cafe?
 

Does anybody ever work from a cafe or bookstore with wireless internet? I've done it a few times and it's a bit difficult due to the lack of privacy.

Sure, who gives a fuck. Its a public internet access hot spot and not a public non porn internet access hot spot. If they look stupid or something just tell them to fuck off. 99% of the strange looking people surf porn anyway. So fuck it :)

I do it all the time, when I am on road trips, just grab a sit and find a nice corner and you are on your way. Once I was in a cafe that said "NO PORN ALLOWED REGARDLESS OF AGE" that never stopped me.

I don't know if I would do it, if I did do I would have to make damn sure I was in a corner where no one could see my screen. Same on airplanes, I hate working on the adult stuff when the person next to me or even the second seats over from me can see my screen.

I think I'd like to try it some time.

I only check stats at places like those.

Does a mall food court count?

Even if I was willing to do that, I've never found a wireless hotspot that I'd want to hang out at for any length of time.

There really aren't many wi-fi hot spots in costa rica ;-)

I got asked to leave or turn off the "adult content" on my computer at starbucks one time. some lady complained because she could see it and it is not acceptable. i wasnt hiding in the back, but people walking buy could definetly see
