I spent 1/2 hrs on the treadmill today at gym....
60 min on , then weight training , then finished with 30 min at the end...
changed my diet around also , i should be bac into sexy mode within 2 months |

I'm not a big fan of any of the bullshit diet plans, but did you ever watch the show Celebrity Fit Club on VH1? The doctor on the show, Dr Ian Smith, developed a kick ass diet plan. The only problem is the first 8 days is a detox period where you can eat as much as you want , but it is all fruit and veggies. I can tell you from experience it does work.

I never really jumped aboard all these fad diets n such tbh... I am gonna stick to old routine which worked when i was younger and in tip top shape.....
