i can't sleep either, but i'm not drugged up.
i was laying in bed awake and decided to get up and work a little.

going back on wed for followup , the pain is 1/10 of what it was man , i think the infection might not have subcided.... i am on peniscillin for it.

last resort was getting it pulled.... then i would have to spend fucking out of my ass for some cosmetic work... dentists are fucking high priced fuckers man

Damn, In Vegas with the bad tooth, 2 Vicodin put me comatose for 12 hours and then like a fucking zombie for the next 12.
