What are Your Biggest Traffic Days of the Week?
 

Oddly enough, on my blog, Monday and Tuesday account for just over half of my weekly unique traffic. I would have never expected that. What other trends are you all noticing?

Monday - 32.12%
Tuesday - 24.50%

January was also a very good month for me, I had a +7919.44% increase in traffic, due mostly to a a digg story that got promoted to the front page and sent me an assload of residual links and a good week long traffic slam.

For the first time, Mozilla/Firefox have taken the lead by far in terms of visits.

Mozilla - 52.77%
Firefox - 27.45%
MSIE 6 - 7.28%
MSIE 4 - 0.03% (Who the FUCK is still running that?!?)

I spend at least 8 hours a week looking over my webstats and trying to use them to plot a course forward for the site. What keywords should I load down on more and such. I also look at my refers constantly so I can see what people are saying about me and if they have a blog I make sure I go and load it up with (legit) comments w/ links and/or trackback pings.

So who else is noticing interesting trends and what are they?

Monday - Friday of course. I don't track my traffic that closely as It always stays about the same. However based on sales it's Monday and Tuesday also.

Based on the fact that most porn is viewed during business hours it would make sense that after a long weekend with the wife and kids (or whatever they have) they go to work and 'indulge'
