That's insane - Marty is a great coach, one of the best ever. The team has totally turned around since he took over. I would have fired the GM before Marty. :disgust

Why couldn't the Raiders have waited two weeks to pick him up!!! Instead they have a 31-year old kid who has never been a head coach at any level.
