Hey gang ... My Roomate is moving out at the end of this month, and as of now I still do not have a new roomate yet ...

This place is amazing !!! Don't take my word though ... you have to come by and see it !!
We are the first tennants ever in it ... was just completed in April ... brand new appliances etc ...

I totally want to stay here ... but I cannot justify paying $1000 a month just for myself ... The apartment is networked with cable internet ... My router has room for 2 more machines !

BTW ... if you are looking to relocate to Toronto ... there is plenty of work here ... and plenty in this industry too ...

The reason why I am not posting it in the newspaper, is because ideally, I would like to rent to another webmaster or industry person ... I do not want some punk off the street who I know nothing about ... I have over 10 GRAND of computer and electronics equipment in here ... I want somebody I think I can trust ... :winkwink:

1600 sq feet is pretty average, nothing special.

Where I live (Paris, France) 500$ a month rent is good for sharing the garage. 16000 sq feet is HUGE. Canada is sooooooooo comfy for that. One of the biggest countries in the world and has 25 million people.

Paris is very expensive, yes.

500 USD a month for 160 SQ feet is pretty cheap, yes.
Paris, Amsterdam, Brussels, London, Berlin and Rome cannot offer the same at that price.

i'm from toronto, would love to move back. but i have pretty much zero cash flow coming in until sept now with the damn banks screwing me around.

i could get a job so easy in toronto with my lvl 1 cfa under my belt. but i got no money to move all my shit :(

it doesn't come available until Sept 1st anyways bro .... think about it ...

Sell what you don't NEED ... easier for long moves ...
you can always buy again here ... if need be

when I moved from Alberta back here, I sold everything pretty much ... only cost me like $400 to move my little stuff.
