i normally lose about 5-7 pounds during the diet. careful though you have to build back up our alcohol tolerance after. one beer will get you slammed after this cleanse is over. this helps you reset your body clock and your eating habits as well because the schedule on which you have to follow the cleanse is parallel to the eating schedules of most. 9 days of no fat, no preservatives, no toxins (except what we breathe in l.a.) and rigorous exercise during really cleans you out.

nah its mostly shit that gets stuck in your intestines and digestive tract. the cleanse itself is a food product that has protein in it. everything is in the mix that your body needs while you detox. when its over food tastes so good though. your bodies natural waste cycle returns to normal as well. im not an affiliate of this stuff i just use it like a religion and i'm old and still ticking cuz i take the time to drano out the crap that i stick in my body.

You know, it's probably not bad you do it (although I have my serious doubts with the whole 'cleansing' business), but it's sort of an excuse for living an unhealthy life the rest of the time. It's not very hard to watch your habits all the time... Just eat healthily, have some regularity, work out, etc. Don't have the illusion that 9 days of doing this (or whatever duration, for that matter) will undo what an unhealthy lifestyle has done in the months or years before!

anyone ever had that treatment that they stick a hose in your ass? what comes out is disgusting. all this stuff lives in your intestines and colon. nasty. evict that mess.

theres nothing unnatural in it. you have balanced nutrients and everything you need in the base of the supplement. you don't get hungry really. you do get cranky though like i am today as it cleans you out.
