Im in London and it takes hours to get anywhere.

Its one of the strange things about this place - I live in Central London but it can take longer to get some places because of the traffic than if I lived in the suburbs and travelled in on a 'mainline' train service.

I try not to get up at all if I can help it :)

but I did just try walking down the stairs to the kitchen and nearly broke my neck - turning up for a fairly important meeting unable to stand or string a descent sentance together may not be one of my better ideas.....

I will have to phone and say my Grandmother died - I just wont tell them it was 20 years ago :)
