How do you handle selling something when you really have no idea of the value?
 

I am sure I end up losing a load because I just end up taking the first offer - I always worry that if I dont take it then I will lose the sale and it will be the best I could have got.

I do as much research as I can, but some stuff is really hard to deal with.

Maybe I should just think of a number, double it and then work down from there until someone buys it......

I have bought and sold lots of property and do very well, as long as I have a value to start with.

Its bloody annoying.....
