2257 clarification
im just curious...

If your server is also outside the US, then go for it.

Here's a little something :P
Lufthansa (in German): Ground, what is our start clearance time?" Ground (in English): "If you want an answer you must speak English." Lufthansa (in English): "I am a German, flying a German airplane, in Germany. Why must I speak English?" Unknown American pilot: "Because you lost the fucking war!" On a more serious note, I'd recommend that you always have the documentation, even if you don't need it because of your country's laws. Also, without 2257, US-based webmasters are going to have a hard time promoting you. |
Nope if you're not a US citizen you don't need the documentation but if you're starting a new site I really don't see why you wouldn't have it and considering the bulk of your sales are going to come from the US I'd probably play ball just to be a nice guy.
