Came across a popup today to a site that appeared to be cp and appears to be using platinum bucks to process.

Not sure if someone is joe jobbing you or if your allowing sites to rip your join pages out..

I didn't check the links, posting here was certainly not the most elegant way, but at least Smokey cared and his (honorable) intention was to expose this fucker and make sure he won't just switch to a new sponsor, new host and keep on with publishing this illegal shit.

Ill explain because i often chide people for doing this if they do it wrong..

no offense to platinum bucks but you never know who is involved etc , this was cp with a platinum bucks join page on it same page.

So if i contact platinum and they were behind it im shooting myself in the foot , nothing gets done..

If i contact the host , again they pull the domain guy moves hosts nothing gets done

If i contact asacp they likely wont do anything at all ( tried numerous times , )

if i contact all 3 with cc's "sometimes" something happens.. or i just waste a bunch of time.

i posted all urls with characters so the se's dont get them ,

my only mistake i was hasty in posting the pics as i was just frustrated because the page was removed almost instantly after the first couple pople posted , made me look like i was false reporting. so i posted covered urls to the pics


gfy gets exposure and word of mouth travels fast , i in no way tried or wanted it to appear PB was involved in the actual cp, i think thats fairly clear

that's not true.. there is a dedicated full time person that reviews all leads that get submitted to asacp.

what happens is he takes the lead, review the site, follows the money trail, and would have seen what you say.. a link to dave's program for the PPS commission.

the difference, is he would have documented this stuff and would have contacted dave.

since your posting, you have observed that the site has changed.. whether it was because the site owner got tipped off by your thread, or the page is a dynamic one that rotates and you happened to have just caught it on the CP rotation.

the website, domain owner, etc info is collected and depending on what state or country, emails get fired off to various individuals who address these issues.

whatever issues you may have had with reporting stuff to asacp in the past, all i can say is by not reporting leads like this to asacp, you reduce the documentation flow to chase down the CP leads in addition to spotting when it connects to an asacp member or adult biz program.

i realise this and i do continue to make complaints every now and then to asacp but to be honest, i document this type of thing and have reported numerous pages only to check back later that month and find the site is still up..

I do think your method is prob better , but out of frustration i chose the more public approach.. * at least the cp was removed faster than usual

There are still fucksticks around that believe that closing their eyes and shutting up or choosing the "under wraps" approach is the best. This is the shit that among other fucked up things, gives the adult business the questionable rep., Smokey did the right thing and brought it to public attention.

Dont be an assclown, you know exactly what word he meant.

sometimes the CP sites are not taken down because FBI is investigating them.

while i agree that having sites be shut down immediately would be great to push them into other areas, as you have said they just pop up again, so as long as law enforcement is made aware, then they make the call as to what they do about taking the site down or letting it stay up to track further.


just because the site is still up doesn't mean ASACP has failed in it duties, to the contrary, it gets documented in the database and the appropriate law enforcement / private sector contacts are notified.
