To be honest, I would rather my customers call me right away so I don't have to have someone monitoring email 24/7

I think I've only had to actually call a host once in about 10 years.

Have never needed to call them. Sending an urgent Support ticket through the Mojohost ticket systems gets an immediate response.

there is always someone at webair to help me if i have a problem at anytime :)

Most hosts have 24/7 support so call or put in a support ticket when you want. :2 cents:

It depends on the situtation if your site is up & runnin then I would use email but if its down or your Shits bin hacked I'd call right away and they better answer cause if they dont theyr not the ones U want hosting your site... Time is money!
