I wouldn't be so worried about the herpes thing, virtually everyone carries the virus. Only a few will have cold sores though.

I was born and raised in Rockville, Maryland. Knowing the area, I can only imagine the amount of lawsuits being filed at the moment.

How is that teaching them anything? Well besides the obvious, spreading germs and disease via mouth. I can see how that's going to protect them from STD's...
