I cook for a bunch of heathens who dont do blood - I had to over cook a whole leg of best NZ Lamb today :(

That would look amazing if it was cooked some more. I'll never understand how people can sink their teeth into something that is dripping blood :Oh crap

my mom would be bitching that was overdone - thats just between rare and medium-rare your also looking at the fat end, the tail end is medium-rare

i cant understand why anyone would want to cook an $85 piece of tenderloin any longer =] im always happy to throw your piece on the grill for a minute or two on each side

I had steak yesterday - It was a Filet Mignon, butterflied and cooked well-done. It's pitiful dude...I can't eat anything that's dripping blood. My shit has to be almost crispy before I'll eat it :1orglaugh

nice, you would probably be better off comin for dinner when we smoke some pork for 12 hours then =]

Oh man thats perfect , makes my mouth water. You want to see really really its called black and blue.

Blue rare or very rare - Cooked very quickly; the outside is seared, but the inside is usually cool and not warm and definitely not cooked. The steak will be red on the inside.

So its basically raw with a charred outside.

I cant stand grey meat.
