sponsors with movie content
 

any sponsors have free movie content that pops up an affiliate tagged URL at the end of the sample clip ?

That's kinda askin' for a lot, isn't it?

are you looking for the movie content or for the technology behind it?

just wondering if any sponsors were using it yet. someone will I'm sure.

don't tell me its asking a lot. everyone that downloads and watches it goes to your site. so, its promoting your program isn't it ?

if the sponsor already offers the movie clips for its affiliates, adding the affiliate code url to the clip seems like a good idea to me. if I were a sponsor offering it, I'd do it.

Its not difficult at all. Its very possible.

i have seen it happening, but i dont know how it was done. It wasn't from a sponsor content or something, just from a clip posted in a gallery. Maybe some programmer here can tell us how is it done.

Look Brujah, I am not stealing your idea here, but I'll have it for our new sites next week.

It takes a bit of work with the company we're using, and they are almost done with the specs to make it integrate seamlessly with our webmaster stats.

Resellers will be able to mail them, use them on file sharing programs, whatever. The url will pop at the end of the movie or when the players closed, and the reseller code will be in there permanently.

I think you just converted me as an affiliate!

I forgot to mention that if the surfer who gets the file gives it to someone else the original reseller code will still be in there too.

No seriously, I think its great and hey.. you're the 1st sponsor to offer it. Innovation. How'd you possibly manage to do that before.. well.. you know who.

Managed it cause I just happen to know the guys who do it, is all, and am willing to pay for it to be done, I figure the expense is worth it in the end.

Oh and the fact that I told them if they didn't do it for me I'd start a company and copy them probably helped... ;)

We have been doing this for a few webmasters..

Some have had great sucess putting the clips on the kazza etc..

If anyone would like 15 movie clips all encoded to pop our sites with your account code at the end of the clip email me.
