Looking for call management system? Puts people on hold when telephone busy
 

I need something that will ask the caller to hold and play music or whatever when someone calls and I'm already on the line. Not sure if this is a hardware thing, software thing, or phone company thing. Can anyone make any recommendations for this?

Had them do a hold/menu message for a client not long back. I know they sell equipment like you are wanting too.

Pretty expensive if you ask me. I am only getting it because i have a problem with not answering voice mail so am going to turn voice mail off completely and get something like this.

There are so many to choose from it's hard to know which one is the best. :Oh crap

onhold inc is expensive but for a decent-sized office it's a great way to go. if you have an office phone with a MOH port you can get some cheap software that will handle hold music.
