The doctors are old soviet women, in my resident county. They haven't heard of Xanax here yet. (Or anything, really)

It's -20 C, I'm not willing to go and buy alcohol.

I don't understand the hooker thing, not really interested in pleasuring them.

But thanks for the suggestions. I think I'll try the vegetarian diet for a while.

:( I think feeling depressed must be part of the natural cycle of living..

Thanks for the tip :thumbsup , I'll try to find that tea and will also stay away from meat. Hopefully that will also boost my energy too.

Awesome :)!! Maybe you should try just a cup of red tea (with honey) and see how you like the taste (some people do, some people don't... some say it's a "ying/yang" thing, whatever)... Dig in a little on the net just in case!!

I have nothing against vegetarian diets, but it's not going to help you with depression. In fact, it will likely do just the opposite as meat releases those "feel good" endorphins your body naturally produces. Chocolate, exercise, and sex are other natural ways of getting a nice endorphin fix too.:)

depression sucks, no doubt. especially when your already depressed, its hard to get motivated to do something like exercise.

play some games or do something challenging to take your mind off it
