Epassporte Wire Transfer Problem

Is there anyone here from epassporte, I have requested a wire transfer since last week which has not been actioned yet.

I know they had some problem with some banking issues the past few weeks or so, but its seemed to get better. ive gotten a response within a day or so using the email feature on the site. best of luck tho

I think Michael said that wire transfers were taking a few days longer than the normal 7 days. I had a couple that took 2 weeks

Can you please email me your UserID and a copy of the wire form, then I will look into it.
