Twistys has my back. THANKS TWISTYS!!!
I just got this in the email from Kevin.
------- Today we found out we owed you money! We are always so careful with our business that we check and double check everything and we were doing a routine check on the re-bills in January and we found a processor screw up, so we went in and had them check it all again and found a bunch of your re-bills and got them credited! We also checked back months and made sure we were dead on with our payouts, thankfully we run these tests all the time and are 100% sure you are getting credit for all the signups you are sending! If there is ever anything I can help you out with, just name it! Regards, Kevin ------- All I have to say is Thank you Twistys and Thank You Kevin! It's nice when a company goes the extra distance to look out for me. This is just another example of why i love doing business with Twistys! |
most wouldn't say a thing, shows whos serious in this game and who isn't!

Hi Everyone. I just want to make sure this is clear to everyone.
Every month we run an accuracy check on sales and rebills reported to our affiliates. We've done this since the day we started TwistysCash. Whenever there is a difference we make sure the stats are re-run and that all sales and rebills that are reported are 100% accurate. This month something caused there to be a somewhat large discrepancy in rebills. The rebills reported to affiliates was off by 4% when compared to what our processors were showing. We caught the mistake during our monthly check and had it fixed immediately. We do everything in our power to make sure our affiliates are paid for every single transaction they send us. I'm a stats freak and anything less than 100% accurate is unacceptable to our affiliates :thumbsup |
I got that mail too. Looks like i got rebills on two accounts who never made a sale :upsidedow
|
Got the same email - thanks for the heads up and keep up the great work!
|
I also got that email. Kev and Shap rule! :thumbsup

Earlier today I saw a thread titled "do you run from competition or invite it" something to that regard.
I got so busy I forgot to reply in it, but this was just the same quote I was going to make. When you provide a EXCELLENT service, or product, treat the people or company's that you deal with with the utmost respect. You don't have to worry about competition. Sooner or later the masses will get tired of getting screwed, bad service and most of all no respect from the people/companies that they deal with. Eventually they find the right people/companies to do business with. :2 cents: Good job Twistys:thumbsup :thumbsup |
Got that email too. I really love Twistys.
|

I think the big thing with us is we were affiliates before we started Twistys. We know the things that bothered us and we have worked hard to make sure they do not exist in our program. One thing that bothers me to this day is questionable rebills from companies we promote on our free sites. It's easy for an affiliate programs to turn a blind eye to that. That is something I'm 100% against. My philosophy regarding affiliates is the more money our affiliates make the more traffic they'll send. As a result we work extra hard to make sure affiliates make as much as possible with us! |
Hey this is a cool idea.
Some program owners might now be thinking that they should withold some sales, then 'remember' them later on for the free publicity they will get on the boards. |
I get Twistys emails 6 days a week.
They go straight into recycle bin. Nothing but useless spam. (no, i don't care that you have 5 new FHGs. kthanxbye) |
I got the same email.
Thanks, guys! You're a class act. :) |

Everyone got the same email. It's a marketing trick. |
Shap as shown from day one the quality of businessman he is.
Hats off to a great company ran by top notch people ;-) |
Very interesting that the email didn't mention any sales or money amounts.
Everyone got exactly the same email. Therefore, it's was a templated, mass-sent marketing gimmick. You get spammed and rush to GYF to post how great that program is. You people are dumb. |
Shap runs a tight ship, Jeff and I always respected that, Twistys rocks!
|
Twistys isn't good peopleS ...
they re GREAT peoples!!!!! |
