Obstacle or opportunity?
 

One day, an Australian shoe company decided they need to expand their domestic market so they started looking at alternative market segments. They decided that the Aboriginal population is big enough to warrant a study, so they sent out two salesmen to test the waters.

Few weeks later, the first one returned with a conclusion: "Impossible market. Everyone walks barefoot."

A couple of days later, the second one returned with a conclusion: "Enourmous possibilities, everyone walks barefoot!"
