normal sleeping hours

How the hell do you keep normal sleeping hours in this biz? I went from going to sleep at around 12 am and getting up at 6 or 7am then to going to sleep @ 4am waking up at 12pm.. and now going to sleep @ 6 - 7am and getting up at 3 or 4pm..

Im not even in this biz but keeping up with the forum and mainstream is doing the same to me

reynold 02-06-2007 11:14 PM

It's definitely a work-related condition.

Glad to hear I'm not alone in this. All my friends think I'm fucked up for my sleeping patterns. I'll talk to a friend in the afternoon and they will say, "so how many hours did you get last night?". Or, "What time did you get to bed?". It's usually, "I'm just about to go to bed now. I'm on a 36 hour clock, not 24".

Thanks for the confirmation.

TimBlaze 02-07-2007 12:44 AM

3-4am to 1-3pm

Same here. I live with a completely erratic sleeping schedule.

reynold 02-07-2007 12:53 AM

One possible suggestion re sketchy sleep schedules -- Try working about before bedtime. Helps you stabilize your sleeping schedule.
