Probilling operations suspended? Why?

the wording in that linked article is really strange, especially this part:

"due to the events over the past ten days affecting the high risk payment processing industry, most specifically the recent arrest of former executives of a UK-based online gaming payment processing company and intensified US investigations focused on online gaming-related transactions, in which ProBilling Inc. is not involved."

so, they were shut down because their *not* involved in the activities that have been under such scrutiny as of late by the US? wtf does that mean?

i too had no idea probilling was still around, or had come back, but the circumstances of this sound really odd..

last time i heard of them was 3 years ago when they lost their credit card billing

that alone made me stay away from them like from a herpes infected thai street hooker

They came back for awhile, offered online checking for sites.
Never NEVER was a stable company.

They lost their ability to process ACH along with several other ACH processors recently.

They were a tin pot outfit from the get-go, almost seeming to run it out of a parents basement in Calgary, Canada.
