you will ALWAYS get a busy signal or some recording and be left on the line for hours

It is exactly two weeks since I initiated a US bank transfer and there is no sign of it arriving yet. Not with any great optimism of being told anything useful, I did try calling. But like you, got stuck in an apparently endless queue.

Fortunately the sum involved was small and hopefully it will show up somewhere eventually.

ok they said it was my card and to call my bank ... called my bank and theres not even a record of them trying to charge it. has anyone else had this problem?

Well, I have called for a couple of weeks and sent 3 unanswered emails. Are these guys going under or is the FBI fucking with them too?

Man, that blowz...... Epass should invest in 24/7 call support services.

They have been hit or miss as of late. It's like they think you have nothing better to do than to wait for them to deem to talk to you.

I sent money from my Epassporte account to one of my bank accounts nearly 2 weeks ago and there is still no sign of it. :Oh crap

Their customer support is ABYSMAL!

Busy signals all the fucking time!

There is a new rule as of jan 1:st. Wires sent MUST have senders full verified address included. I think wires from epassporte is rejected by the banks due to missing info in them.

Try having a card expire and asking them to bill you to renew and to send a new card.... :( :helpme :disgust
