MAD VIEWS!!! ...

hmm well, I think the 18 webmasters who are on GFY have all emailed them. We need more program owners and even Joe Pornbuyer to email them too. Send your members a mass email telling them the cost of membership will double if .xxx goes ahead.

cherrylula 02-05-2007 10:05 AM

So you won't be purchasing any Brujah?

cherrylula 02-05-2007 10:07 AM

what if you could have gothic.xxx? No take? I'll take it then. :1orglaugh

scouser 02-05-2007 10:07 AM

If it goes ahead, is its rule that all porn has to be on .xxx worldwide, or just in US? (I haven't really kept upto date with it all.....)

they cant stop what content goes on a .com so its pretty useless.

Yeah the page has been up for a few days. I figure Making them aware could still be helpfull if they deside to move forward. I still get suprised at what some of the public can do when they figure out they are getting bent over...

davecummings 02-05-2007 03:41 PM

Please email them your opposition right NOW before they shut down the comments board.

DaddyHalbucks 02-05-2007 04:15 PM

That email is bouncing. I think they closed comments.

spider_x 02-05-2007 04:38 PM

All one can do is laugh at the dumb fuckin America. Americans are great but the system is designed to fail. With web 2.0 and ipv6, all based on a Chinese takover of the net(ipv6 networks originate from China), everything will be herded into these retarded domain extension containers. The price for accessing anything will go up, the global pyramid scheme will increase and the entire works will collapse in on itself as usual. Today marks the first day of America's economic collapse, almost like a second dot com crash. I can just picture the American economy as a person waking up in the morning, "Hmmmm that was a good dream I'm so fuckin rich. I think today I'll get rid of pornography, stocks, gambling, real estate and travel. It won't make a difference I'm sure"

spider_x 02-05-2007 04:44 PM

There's going to be tons more of retarded crap like this in the US, as politicians scramble to divert attention away from the war in middle east

spider_x 02-05-2007 04:48 PM

Email individual ICANN directors if theres bouncing back of emails to that main comments address. For example hunt down Steve Goldstein (December 2006 - December 2009), who is most likely in Bush's back pocket...

Just USA - however it will stil effect us all as link lists will demand .xxx extentions on sites they do business with. Just like how 2257 is irrelivent to non US webmasters, but trying getting a link list or tgp to take you without it.

This bad for us all if it becomes mandatory. So send in your objections now!

marcjacob 02-05-2007 04:55 PM

Actually worse case scenario for non US webmasters is that a bill gets passed in the us making in mandatory and then they decide you need a us social security id or us postal address to get one. Then us non us webmasters are fucked.

Dont see that happening but its a scary thought.

DateDoc 02-05-2007 05:04 PM

lol, you can see who doesn't read threads and just types away!! :)
