For you campers...Ever see any really WEIRD people in the woods?
 

I went camping a few days ago, and saw a cuple of trashy hillbilies that were looking at me strangely, like they wanted to kill me. It really scared me.

Have you guys had a similair experience? What/how do you deal with people like that if you come across them in the woods?

I don't camp, but my brother did the entire Appalachian Trail the year after he graduated from college. He said the people you find on there are SO varied. He's NOT a "people person" but had the time of his life meeting such different people :)

To me, camping is when there's not a minibar in the room.

They filmed that not too far from me - when are you coming to visit?? :)

Hahahh there are always a few weirdos in the woods. We just give them booze and send them on their way.

actually ive been the outdoors type my entire life and never ran into any people who scared me. it's actually the opposite i think people i come across in the woods are more polite and nice then people i run across in my own city. plus at least in the woods i can run around with a 45 and a hunting rifle. just drink more beer next time and you probably wont even notice the hicks passing by.

If by weird do you mean the type that brings generators, propane heat towers, RV's with awnings, satalight tv, and every other damn piece of the city one can think of camping.

They really piss me off.
